For the past 15 years I have been lucky to work on some exciting projects across the UK involving Listed & Conservation properties. Many surveyors are unaware of the unique and specialist nature of working with such exciting and wonderful properties. I have developed close working partnerships with a number of well known Rural Country House estates across the country, developing sustainability plans for their rental portfolios and offering advice and guidance on Listed & Conservation properties with regards to compliance with the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) and the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards for England & Wales (MEES). Undertaking EPC’s, PAS2035 Retrofit Assessments, Compliance Exemptions and Consultancy. Having undertaken over 20,000 EPC’s in the past 15 years, on properties of all types and constructions, along with a large proportion being Listed or in Conservation areas or National Parks. As a qualified surveyor undertaking Domestic & Commercial EPCs, Retrofit Assessments and Consultancy, with a breadth of knowledge unusual in the field, I can offer a truly tailored service.
